My experience with the IUD clinic has been extended over about a month now from referral to my insertion (yesterday), but it's been worth it. Everyone was very helpful, and the Dr. that did the insertion for me was very fast and supportive. The most inconvenient thing was having to go to the group session, but otherwise, it was a good experience. Would reccomend

This place was amazing! My family doctor tried to insert the IUD a few weeks earlier but my cervix was ‘too tight’ and the procedure resulted in pain and being referred here. Well it was totally worth it! The team here was wonderful and efficient! The doctor inserted the device in record time and was much less painful than the first attempt with my family doc! She also took the time to ensure I was choosing the correct type for me!

I don’t understand why the reviews are so bad. I had a great experience here and loved the doctors. I went there for my whole pregnancy 2014/15 and I still go there to this day for personal needs. I have no issue with them and I have never had a bad experience or reason to complain.

I'm surprised to see the bad reviews....I think the doctors are great! Everytime I have been there, they have treated me great and dealt with my health in a great way....at least so far.... I went there for the first time 7 years ago, Dr Laura Wood is awesome!

I've seen 2 different doctors at this clinic. Both were great. My only issue with them is that to get an IUD inserted, removed or swapped, you get referred to the IUD Clinic. I'm not impressed with the IUD Clinic as I had to cancel my appointment (with more than enough notice) and they tried to charge me $50 for a missed appointment.

I came to this location 3 times! It is great! I went for a consultation to see if I could get one and which one they would choos for me. Then I came back 3 weeks later for the placement and then a 6 week check up. The staff are great and the doctor I saw was amazing! Will be back in 5 years to get a new one in.
