Staff are informed and efficient. Can't remember the name of the doctor who did my insert but she was so quick I couldn't believe it. It was over in 30 seconds. She also talked me through what she was doing and made me feel very comfortable beforehand. The staff made the experience of getting an IUD insert as pleasant as it can be. Will definitely be recommending to female friends!
