Great place with kind and caring staff. One suggestion I wish I'd had the common sense to choose: If you're getting a biopsy or have a low pain tollerance USE THE FREEZING. Also I don't think the laughing gas really did anything but that probably varies from person to person and I have bad lungs so probably my own bad. But once again TOP NOTCH STAFF AND AMAZING PEOPLE ALL IN ALL!

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. During my procedure, there was a complication that could have required a hospital visit, but Dr. Shergill handled it immediately and resolved everything on the spot. Thanks to her skill and care, I didn’t need to go to the hospital. The entire staff was wonderful—professional, supportive, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend women to get referred to the IUD clinic because they deal with so much care

I loved the experience! I got an iud and the staff was so friendly. I saw Dr. Shergill, shes very sweet and made sure i was comfortable throughout the procedure. I was hesitant at first and scared of the pain but it was worth it. Highly recommend going to the IUD clinic!

I had a really good experience at my appointment with Dr. Lauren McGruthers. She was very kind and understanding, I felt heard when I told her my issues. I came into the appointment with a lot of anxiety from past appointments with other doctors and she made me feel comfortable. I got the distinct feeling that she genuinely cares about her patients. The quality of care I received was 10/10, I'll be happy to visit again when needed.

The clinic is hands down the best. The staff are amazing, and Dr Sawatsky has changed my life (and the lives of the minimum 200+ women I've referred to her). If you need Perimenopause/menopause care (any women's care actually), this is the place to go. Self-referral and covered under AHS. Win Win. Thank you so much.

The lady with the glasses and hijab is very sweet. Her friend the dark skin is very beautiful and sweet. Period great staff. Love em. Keep up the good work ladies!!

I got my IUD out today and it doesn’t hurt too much like other place, they also have laughing gas in which really help with the pain. 10/10 for the experience

Got my copper IUD replaced with a hormonal one. I had a good experience with my copper IUD and it lasted me 10 years but I wanted to try the mirena this time around. They offered me gas and freezing, which I did have to pay for because it's not covered by AHS but it was worth the extra $30. There was some mild discomfort and cramps, but I didn't feel the removal of the old, or the insertion of the new IUD. Overall the doctor was great, and the experience was over relatively quickly. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I went to do my practicals and to be honest I learned so much and staff is awesome doctors are next to none . Beautiful setting and awesome staffing.
